Gessica Notaro during this lockdown decided to face a new challenge and to do it together with Pariani
Singer, model and dancer known to the news because scarred by her ex-boyfriend with acid in January 2017, Gessica Notaro has always loved horses.
“I have always ridden horses since I was a child. In the last years I’ve been involved in equestrian shows, but as a child I dreamed to become a riding champion.”
This lockdown period brought Gessica the desire to face a new challenge: to start again with show jumping. A particularly difficult challenge for her that, for the moment, can only see out of one eye because the other was damaged by acid during the attack.
“Many people have told me that I’m a bit crazy to do this, but I’ve decided to start this new adventure. My horse, Boomber (a six-year-old Italian stallion), is really a guarantee!I just bought him, but we have a strong feeling already”.
The new pair made a winning debut. Last weekend Gessica took part in her first equestrian competition: “We won the B90 class on Friday, came second on Saturday, then on Sunday we made the B100 class and won it. It was a great emotion. Next week we will return to the Horses Riviera Resort for the international competition. I’m looking forward to it.”
A great start for Gessica who, from the moment she decided to return to the competition, decided to rely on the historic brand par excellence of Italian saddlery: Pariani.
“I chose Pariani because I have always known the quality of their products and because I wanted a saddle that reflected my style and was tailor-made for Boomber. I found all this in Pariani.”
